Properties sourced through our selling agent relationships before, or instead of, public advertising on portals like Domain or realestate.com.au.
Is a property guaranteed within 14 days?
The 14 days is our sourcing window, not a guarantee of a result — off-market availability depends on what vendors in your target area are considering at the time.
Do you negotiate the purchase for me too?
This service is sourcing only. If you want us to negotiate or bid as well, that’s our separate Negotiation & Auction Bidding service, or the Full End-to-End package covers both.
How is the fee split?
30% ($447 + GST) when you engage us, and the remaining 70% ($1,043 + GST) when a sourced property goes to contract exchange.
