Brikly's buyer's agency services are provided under real estate licences held in New South Wales, issued under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW):

• Corporation licence (Property — Corporation), held by Homez Buyers Advocacy Pty Ltd (ACN 677 376 368): 10139425

These are New South Wales licences. Where we act for you on a property outside New South Wales, [how the engagement is structured in that state — e.g. via a locally licensed co-agent — to be confirmed and added here before this page is published].

• You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purpose of researching our services and off-market listings.
• You must not scrape, copy, resell, or use automated tools to extract content or listing data from this website.
• All content, branding, trademarks and the look and feel of this website belong to Brikly or our licensors, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

We offer Full End-to-End Representation and modular services (location & suburb shortlisting, off-market sourcing, and negotiation & auction bidding), described on our pricing page. Our fees are fixed and not calculated as a percentage of the purchase price. You pay 30% when you engage us for a service, and the remaining 70% when that service reaches its success point, as described on our pricing page. Fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate. Pricing shown on this website is indicative of our current rates and may change — the fee that applies to you is the one confirmed in your signed Engagement Agreement.

Properties described as "off-market" or "pre-market" are sourced through our selling agent relationships before (or instead of) public advertising. Availability, price guidance and vendor interest can change or be withdrawn at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee that any specific property will remain available or be successfully secured.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
